Manchester new build hotel delivered to a mid scale brand standard aligned to the NIU brand. The hotel consisted of 135 bedrooms, an extensive F&B area and 110 dedicated car parking spaces.
Eagle Rock led and managed all pre and post construction services. The hotel was completed and operational within 46 weeks and was delivered on programme and within budget.
